Do you remember the ‘The Death of Adsense and Life After Adsense’? That was really a succesfull viral marketing technique. Scott Boulch had actually wanted to promote his Click Flipping method using this viral marketing technique…so it wasn’t that bad for him. The response was overwhelming. For others, they got to know whether or not Adsense would die and a new method of earning money using Click Flipping, still for others it is just another way of earning some bucks….sounds like fun to me.

A lot of people promoted the e-Book to be downloaded free….actually they receive 50cents for each downloaded e-Book. Just that this time the price is USD1.00…. not bad for just promoting it on your web site.

I don’t know exactly what Gobala is up to, but it must be going to be quite big, just by looking at his name and his new project….all 100% Malaysian. If you are looking for a Malaysia-boleh guy, Gobala certainly fits this stereotype well…in addition to other top Malaysian internet marketers such as Irfan Khairi, Saiful Hisham, Alang (he is a low profile guy but succesful..I learn a lot from him ), LiewCF, Colbert Low …just to name a few….and the list goes on and on.

Back to Gobala’s story…he is launching 100PercentMalaysian.com on 15th November 2006…that’s tomorrow guys….no wonder he is asking for help to drive traffic to his new site…this is great thing about internet. In short time you can reach millions of people, if you know what you are doing…I hope I do…

No I am not doing it because of free Astro Max Gobala is offering for top referrers (my site’s crowd is not there yet..but I hope is growing…please tell your friends about CJCM and IT…TQ) but I am doing it because of Malaysian Internet Marketers camraderie…if you know what I mean…we internet marketers are helpful lot..providing tips for free, promoting each others products so that everyone benefits….I hope I make my point clearly there.

I managed to get the confirmation email for the eBay Explained 2006 seminar which was held today at Kuala Lumpur Convention Center, so I was able to attend and get first hand information about ebay.

The seminar was really an eye opener…at least for me. Even though I have heard and read of many succesfull eBay sellers, the seminar actually gives me first hand information from the people behind the highly succesful online auction site itself…and I tell you it was worth the time I had spent there…3.00pm until 6.30pm… it was extended untill 7.00pm. And there were a lot of crowds too.

I think I now have a clearer idea of what eBay really is and the potential for me…and you too of course…to make money by selling at eBay….either using their auction features or normal online selling fetures. I must say, one of my next internet projects might well be selling on eBay but this requires some planning an research so it will not take off so soon.

And guess who else from the blogosphere attended the seminar? I had expected to see Colbert but I didnt know LiewCF was coming too…so we had some moments for short photo- sesion. Ohh…by the way did you notice our heights? Actually I am not that short…just that Colbert was wearing high-heel and LiewCF’s was even higher…LOL

Due to the difficulty of joining ClickBank, I have been waiting for something like this for long time….and today must be a lucky day for a lot of people. Checkout Pay Dot Com as described by Colbert in his blog.

PayDotCom is the new paypal-based alternative to ClickBank. As an affiliate you can promote the products listed at PayDotCom just like you can at ClickBank – it’s simply a new affiliate network that you can join for free and earn money through product sales. The only major difference is that you dont have to wait for a check to arrive in the mail… they payout via PayPal.

As a merchant, PayDotCom has a lot of features that make it a more appealing option than ClickBank. For starters, your merchant account is free (unlike ClickBank which charges a $49.95 activation fee).

And again, you dont have to wait for a check – in fact, when one of your products sells (either directly, or through one of your affiliates) the money goes directly into your PayPal or Stormpay account. There’s no waiting period at all.

Another perk is that you can sell an unlimited number of products through your PayDotCom account. With ClickBank you can only sell one product per account (unless you purchase EasyClickMate software to get around this) – which means you pay $49.95 to set up each product on ClickBank. PayDotCom does have a one time $29 activation fee for multiple products, but that one fee will allow you to set up an unlimited number of products.

PayDotCom can also help you set up an affiliate program and all payments go to your Paypal account. Cool.

I have been busy with this project for the last few days since last week. Finally, it is up and running. Links Portfolio.com is running on phpLinkDirectory script. I decided to launch Links Portfolio.com as a paid web directory as there are already a lot of free directories for those seeking free listing. I also believe Links Portfolio.com as paid directory will attract better quality submissions as only those who are serious in promoting their websites will patronize paid links directory.

Since this is paid directory, I am not expecting a lot of new link submissions in the weeks to come, but I am prepared to give it as much time it needs to be accepted by the market out there. I hope to get lots of good quality sites registered in this web directory in the future.

Currently, payment can only be made via PayPal. Very soon it will be accepting credit card as well when I have upgraded my PayPal account.

This is the first time Links Portfolio.com ever promoted on the internet. I can foresee that I will be spending a lot more time in the next couple of weeks promoting this web directory over the internet.

If you notice, there are no Adsense ads on this site. I will be promoting only BidVertiser ads on this web directory. Later on I would like to compare the BidVertisers and Adsense to see which one is better performer to my bottom line. I hope both will do well .
